A creamy and flavorful twist on classic dips, combining whipped feta with pumpkin for a delightful appetizer.
Ingredients

- 8 oz block feta cheese, drained
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1–2 Tbsp honey (plus more for serving)
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Chopped walnuts (optional for garnish)
- Crusty, toasted bread or crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the drained feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the dip into a bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge for at least 30 to 60 minutes.
- Once chilled, garnish with walnuts (if using), fresh thyme, honey, and a dash of pepper. Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
Notes
Use good quality feta for best results and don’t skip the chilling step for enhanced flavors.
