- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon curry powder (for seasoning)
- ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
- Naan bread (for serving)
- Steamed rice (for serving)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine chicken with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and curry powder in a bowl. Add Greek yogurt and mix well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Brown the Chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Create the Sauce: Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, and heavy cream. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Simmer: Return browned chicken to the skillet. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve hot with naan or steamed rice.
