Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, combine the chicken broth, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Stir to mix well.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, about 3–5 minutes.
- Add the wontons to the pot, cooking until they float, typically 5–7 minutes.
- Turn down the heat, stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and taste for seasoning.
- Remove from heat, ladle into bowls, and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot.
