Delicious and easy-to-make Raspberry Coconut Magic Bars with a combination of sweetened condensed milk, fresh raspberries, and coconut.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Distribute the fresh raspberries on top of the condensed milk layer.
- If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped nuts over the raspberries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve at room temperature or chilled, and consider pairing with vanilla ice cream for an indulgent treat.
