- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well.
- Stir in granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in fresh raspberries gently.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, lemon juice, and milk until smooth while the bars cool.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bars.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Serve cold and garnish with fresh raspberries or a sprig of mint for a colorful touch. Store in an airtight container.
