Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in fresh raspberries gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, lemon juice, and milk until smooth while the bars cool.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bars.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Serve cold and garnish with fresh raspberries or a sprig of mint for a colorful touch. Store in an airtight container.
