Ingredients

- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: avocado slices
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and chopped romaine lettuce.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for meal prep. Optionally, top with avocado slices before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding herbs like parsley or chives. Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience. Substitute Greek yogurt for a lighter version of mayonnaise.
