Description

A delightful mix of shrimp, scallops, and mussels, bringing the ocean’s flavors right to your kitchen.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 pound mussels, cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and scallops to the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to turn pink.
  4. Add the mussels and cover the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes until the mussels open up.
  5. Squeeze the lemon juice over the seafood and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Toss everything together and cook for another minute.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using white wine or seafood broth during cooking. Clean mussels well before cooking, and feel free to substitute seafood according to availability.
