- 200g scallops
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh bread or pasta for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the shrimp and scallops, cooking until they are just cooked through.
- Sprinkle the flour over the seafood mixture and stir well.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir until everything is combined and slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the seafood mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving with fresh bread or pasta.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the shrimp and scallops. Experiment with different types of cheese for added flavor and you can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrients.
