Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Sugar for coating
  • Butter for greasing
  • Optional: whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced apples with the cinnamon.
  3. Take a biscuit and flatten it out.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center and drizzle some caramel sauce on top.
  5. Fold the biscuit over and seal the edges tightly.
  6. Repeat this process with the remaining biscuits.
  7. Roll each bomb in sugar and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with extra caramel sauce and whipped cream if desired.
