- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups of diced apples
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Sugar for coating
- Butter for greasing
- Optional: whipped cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples with the cinnamon.
- Take a biscuit and flatten it out.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center and drizzle some caramel sauce on top.
- Fold the biscuit over and seal the edges tightly.
- Repeat this process with the remaining biscuits.
- Roll each bomb in sugar and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra caramel sauce and whipped cream if desired.
