Healthy and delicious oatmeal protein cookies packed with nutrients to keep you energized throughout the day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats and protein powder until fully combined.
  3. Add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup), stirring until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten each cookie slightly with your hand.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
