- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until slightly pink, draining excess fat.
- Add diced onion and seasonings (thyme, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt) to the skillet and cook until the onion softens, about 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer the meat mixture to the slow cooker and add chopped cabbage on top.
- In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and water; stir until combined.
- Pour the tomato sauce over the meat and cabbage, mixing gently.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 6-8 hours.
