  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until slightly pink, draining excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and seasonings (thyme, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt) to the skillet and cook until the onion softens, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to the slow cooker and add chopped cabbage on top.
  4. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and water; stir until combined.
  5. Pour the tomato sauce over the meat and cabbage, mixing gently.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 6-8 hours.
