- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Optional: pickles, diced onions, burger sauce for serving
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Take a small handful of ground beef and press it onto one half of each tortilla, seasoning generously.
- Cook the beef side down for about 2 to 3 minutes until nicely browned.
- Carefully flip the tortilla, sprinkle cheese over the beef, fold the tortilla in half, and grill both sides until crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Slice into wedges and serve with your favorite burger toppings or a dipping sauce.
Notes
Serve with pickles, diced onions, and a burger sauce mix of mayo, ketchup, and mustard. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
