Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  7. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown, about another 2 minutes.
  8. Immediately sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while warm.
  9. Continue the process until all batter is cooked.
  10. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

You can customize by adding chocolate chips or fruit on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 2 months.
