- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown, about another 2 minutes.
- Immediately sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while warm.
- Continue the process until all batter is cooked.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
You can customize by adding chocolate chips or fruit on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 2 months.
