- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix the salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
- Sprinkle the spice mix over the potatoes and stir to coat them evenly.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lime juice.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the diced potatoes in cold water for about 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust spices to taste, and try adding other vegetables for extra flavor.
