Ingredients

  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1214 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin cups.
  3. Lightly spray the wonton wrappers with cooking spray.
  4. Pre-bake the wontons for about 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix the filling until well combined.
  7. Once baked, fill each wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  8. Bake the filled cups for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
