Description

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
