  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and stir until fully combined.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped strawberries, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the blondies cool before cutting into squares and serving.
