Description

Delightful sugar-free peanut butter cookies that satisfy sweet cravings without the extra sugar.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Splenda (or your favorite sugar substitute)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the egg, sugar substitute, baking powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the creamy peanut butter and water, and beat the mixture until fully integrated.
  4. Scoop out the cookie batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Use a fork to create indentations on each cookie.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until firm to the touch and slightly browned.
  7. Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and let cool before serving.
