- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp. water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the egg, sugar substitute, baking powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the creamy peanut butter and water, and beat the mixture until fully integrated.
- Scoop out the cookie batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Use a fork to create indentations on each cookie.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until firm to the touch and slightly browned.
- Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and let cool before serving.
