Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce before serving.
Notes
Great served on buns as sliders or over rice. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
