A flavorful and easy crockpot chicken meal perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  5. Shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce before serving.

Notes

Great served on buns as sliders or over rice. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
