Description
Taco cups are a fun and easy way to enjoy the flavors of tacos in a bite-sized form using wonton wrappers, seasoned ground beef, and melted cheese.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, diced tomatoes, lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, stirring occasionally. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the cooked beef according to package instructions, usually adding water as well. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Grease a muffin tin lightly.
- Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, pressing down gently to form a cup shape.
- Fill each wonton cup with the seasoned beef mixture, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden-brown, and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving with optional toppings.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken. Customize toppings as per your preference.
