Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, garbanzo beans, red onion, feta cheese, olives, and parsley in a large bowl.
