Description

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets (cod or tilapia)

  • Olives (black or green, pitted and chopped)
  • Capers
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the canned tomatoes, olives, capers, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
