Ingredients
- Fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
- Olive oil
- Garlic, minced
- Canned tomatoes (diced or crushed)
- Olives (black or green, pitted and chopped)
- Capers
- Red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the canned tomatoes, olives, capers, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Season fish fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
