Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup sweet rice flour, 1/2 cup mango puree, and 2 tablespoons sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe dish and cover it.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir the mixture. Microwave for another minute.
  4. Dust a clean surface with cornstarch, pour the cooked mochi mixture onto it, and let it cool.
  5. Cut the mochi into small squares or use cookie cutters for fun shapes. Enjoy!
