Instructions
- Combine 1 cup sweet rice flour, 1/2 cup mango puree, and 2 tablespoons sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe dish and cover it.
- Microwave for 1 minute, then stir the mixture. Microwave for another minute.
- Dust a clean surface with cornstarch, pour the cooked mochi mixture onto it, and let it cool.
- Cut the mochi into small squares or use cookie cutters for fun shapes. Enjoy!
Notes
Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor. Can experiment with flavors like coconut milk or other fruit purees.
