Hi, I’m Jena , mom to a curious little five-year-old who thinks peanut butter counts as dinner (sometimes she’s right), and founder of Jena Recipes, your cozy corner for no-cook, feel-good food.
Our days are filled with school drop-offs, bedtime giggles, and endless snack-time adventures. I work part-time at our local school, and like most moms, I’m always chasing time , but never at the expense of what matters most: sharing sweet, simple moments with my daughter.
That’s how Jena Recipes was born. One afternoon, while trying to prep dinner with one hand and hold a crayon in the other, I realized something: food doesn’t have to be cooked to feel homemade. We started creating “no-bake magic” , quick bowls, playful snacks, sweet treats that made her smile, and it became our daily ritual.

Now, we mix, stack, drizzle, and taste together. No ovens, no timers, no stress. Just love in every bite.
This blog is where I share those recipes: real-life food made for busy days, picky eaters, tired moms, and joyful hearts. From chilled salads to five-minute fudge, everything is tested in my own kitchen , and approved by a very honest little taste-tester.
Whether you’re a parent, a beginner, or just someone who forgot to defrost dinner again (hi!), you’re in the right place. Let’s make no-cook magic together.
Welcome to Jena Recipes , where it’s always quick, sweet, and made with love.
