- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup Cucumber (diced)
- 1/2 cup Red Onion (diced)
- 1 cup Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup Black Olives (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Italian Dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Cook the short pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
- Combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and black olives in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and sprinkle in the garlic powder. Mix everything gently until well combined.
- Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning if needed.
