Ingredients

  • 8 oz Short Pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the short pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Add the black olives to the bowl.
  4. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the garlic powder on top of everything.
  6. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
  7. Let the pasta salad sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
