- 8 oz Short Pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Cucumber
- 1/2 cup Red Onion
- 1 cup Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Black Olives
- 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the short pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper.
- Add the black olives to the bowl.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad mixture.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder on top of everything.
- Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Let the pasta salad sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Notes
