Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons garlic herb butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary, thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Melt the garlic herb butter and pour it evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in your favorite spices for at least 30 minutes before baking. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature.
