- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine ricotta cheese, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for a golden top.
- Serve warm.
