Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine ricotta cheese, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
