Description
Delicious and easy-to-make Bang Bang Chicken Skewers, perfect for weeknight dinners or barbecues. Loaded with flavor and served with a creamy bang bang sauce.

- 1 lb cubed chicken breast
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water if grilling)
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
- Toss the cubed chicken in half of the sauce until well coated.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the skewers in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and golden.
- Serve with the remaining bang bang sauce for dipping.
Notes
For best results, soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. You can also marinate the chicken in the sauce for extra flavor.
