Description

Quick and delicious Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos featuring crispy shrimp and a spicy creamy sauce, perfect for any casual gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions and cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha (if using), lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Toss the shrimp in the sauce until they are well coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp and coleslaw mix in the tortillas.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.

Notes

Great served warm with fresh lime wedges for squeezing on top. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
