Description

A quick, delicious chicken dish that’s simple to prepare and full of flavor, perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
  5. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden top (optional).
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

Ensure chicken breasts are of even thickness for even cooking. Feel free to add herbs or spices to the cheese mixture for extra flavor. For a crunchy topping, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the cheese mixture before baking.
