- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
- Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden top (optional).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
