- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced

- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, bell pepper, red onion, and basil.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
