- 2 medium flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Mix the softened cream cheese with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Lay one tortilla flat and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
- Scatter fresh blueberries on top of the cream cheese layer, pressing them in gently.
- Place the second tortilla over the filled one to create a sandwich.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Transfer the quesadilla to the skillet and cook for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.
- Remove from the skillet, cool for a minute, and slice into wedges.
