  • 1/4 cup peach preserves
  • 1 fresh peach, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the peach preserves, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Marinate the salmon filets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Slice the fresh peaches while the salmon is marinating.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the marinated salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
