- 1 cup dry orzo pasta
- 2½ cups broth (chicken or veggie)
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 package Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herb)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and orzo; toast for 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir frequently for 8–10 minutes until the orzo is tender.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the Boursin cheese until fully melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with herbs if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Stir the orzo often to prevent sticking. Add sautéed vegetables for extra crunch. Incorporate a splash of heavy cream for additional creaminess.
