Ingredients

  • 2½ cups broth (chicken or veggie)
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 package Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herb)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and orzo; toast for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir frequently for 8–10 minutes until the orzo is tender.
  5. Turn off the heat and stir in the Boursin cheese until fully melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with herbs if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Stir the orzo often to prevent sticking. Add sautéed vegetables for extra crunch. Incorporate a splash of heavy cream for additional creaminess.
