Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats and chocolate protein powder.
- Add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the dough forms.
- If you like chocolate, add chocolate chips and stir again.
- Use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
