Delicious, healthy, and protein-packed Brownie Protein Balls, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats and chocolate protein powder.
  2. Add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the dough forms.
  4. If you like chocolate, add chocolate chips and stir again.
  5. Use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
