- 1 Garlic Clove, minced

- 1–2 Teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- 8 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled
- ½ Block Cream Cheese (4 oz), softened
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
- Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese, for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar; mix well and season with salt. Let it sit to meld flavors.
- In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, and sour cream. Mix in minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt.
- In a large serving dish, layer the bruschetta mixture on top of the cheese mixture.
- Garnish with additional basil, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
