Description

A fun and tasty twist on traditional egg rolls, combining classic buffalo chicken flavors with a crispy outer layer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying (if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning. Mix well.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper and place 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to close.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the egg rolls in the air fryer in a single layer.
  5. Spray with cooking oil for a crispy finish.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. If frying, heat oil in a pan and fry until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with additional buffalo sauce or ranch for dipping.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray more cooking oil before cooking. You can customize the filling with chopped vegetables or different sauces.
