- 12 small flour tortillas

Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cheese until well combined.
- Place a small amount of the mixture on each tortilla and roll them tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the taquitos in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
