- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (orange or red)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley (for decoration)
- 1/4 cup crushed crackers (for coating)
- Curly parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, and bell pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a carrot shape using your hands.
- Roll the cheeseball in crushed crackers to coat it evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes to firm up.
- Garnish with curly parsley before serving. Serve with assorted crackers and veggie sticks.
