Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (orange or red)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley (for decoration)
  • 1/4 cup crushed crackers (for coating)
  • Curly parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, and bell pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into a carrot shape using your hands.
  4. Roll the cheeseball in crushed crackers to coat it evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes to firm up.
  6. Garnish with curly parsley before serving. Serve with assorted crackers and veggie sticks.

Notes
