- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into squares.
- Place a tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
- Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, a few pepperoni slices, and some diced bell peppers.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the dough over to form a pocket and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Place the pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
For a crispier finish, roll the dough thin. Experiment with different fillings like mushrooms, olives, or spinach.
