Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into squares.
  4. Place a tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
  5. Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, a few pepperoni slices, and some diced bell peppers.
  6. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Fold the dough over to form a pocket and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
  8. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  9. Place the pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a crispier finish, roll the dough thin. Experiment with different fillings like mushrooms, olives, or spinach.
