- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 package refrigerated dough (crescent rolls or similar)
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, following package directions and adding water if needed.
- Roll out the refrigerated dough on a baking sheet.
- Spoon seasoned beef and shredded cheese onto the dough, leaving space at the edges.
- Roll the dough around the filling to create sticks.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with optional toppings for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped onions or bell peppers to the beef. To make them healthier, use whole wheat dough or reduce cheese.
