Description

A fun twist on classic Caesar salad, combining the flavors of salad with delicious pizza.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Pizza dough or flatbread

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with half of the mozzarella cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture over the pizza dough or flatbread.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and remaining Parmesan cheese in another bowl.
  6. Remove the pizza from the oven and top it immediately with the Caesar salad mixture.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time. For extra crunch, add croutons to the salad mixture.
