A fun twist on classic Caesar salad, combining the flavors of salad with delicious pizza.
Ingredients

- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Pizza dough or flatbread
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken with half of the mozzarella cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the pizza dough or flatbread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and remaining Parmesan cheese in another bowl.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and top it immediately with the Caesar salad mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time. For extra crunch, add croutons to the salad mixture.
