Description

Delicious and easy Chicken Caesar Wraps, perfect for lunch or dinner with tender chicken, crisp romaine, and creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: croutons for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Optional: Add croutons inside or on top for extra crunch.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time. Feel free to add other veggies like diced tomatoes or cucumbers for more flavor. For an extra kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
