- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and remaining butter. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the buttery sauce.
- Slice the chicken and serve on top of the buttered noodles, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan on the noodles before serving. This dish pairs well with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
