  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Apples: Peel, core, and chop or slice the apples.
  2. Make the Filling: In a saucepan, add sliced apples, sugar, and water, and stir well.
  3. Cook the Apples: Cook mixture on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until apples soften.
  4. Add Spices: Stir in cinnamon to the apple mixture.
  5. Thicken the Filling: Mix cornstarch with water, add to filling, and stir until thick.
  6. Cool Filling: Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  7. Prepare the Pan: Preheat the oven and grease a pie dish.
  8. Layer the Filling: Pour apple filling into the pie dish.
  9. Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls: Unroll and cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
