Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Soak the breadcrumbs in milk until softened.
- Combine the ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and egg in a large bowl.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
