A fun and colorful twist on classic deviled eggs, perfect for Easter celebrations.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Food coloring
- Vinegar
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for about 10-12 minutes and let them cool. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks and mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into separate bowls and add food coloring and vinegar to each, mixing until desired colors are achieved.
- Fill the egg whites with the colored yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish and serve.
Notes
Use fresh eggs for easier peeling and experiment with different food coloring combinations.
