Description

A fun and colorful twist on classic deviled eggs, perfect for Easter celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Food coloring
  • Vinegar
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for about 10-12 minutes and let them cool. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks and mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture into separate bowls and add food coloring and vinegar to each, mixing until desired colors are achieved.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the colored yolk mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish and serve.

Notes

Use fresh eggs for easier peeling and experiment with different food coloring combinations.
