- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Swiss)
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheese and half of the French fried onions into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese and French fried onions on top.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for longer storage.
