A creamy and crunchy chicken salad, packed with flavor, perfect for lunch or a snack.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken (finely shredded)
- 1 celery stalk (finely minced)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Prepare your chicken. If using uncooked chicken, boil or bake until fully cooked, then shred finely.
- Add the shredded chicken and minced celery into a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika in another bowl. Mix well.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken and celery. Stir until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Cover and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve on lettuce, in a sandwich, or with crackers. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
