Description

A creamy and crunchy chicken salad, packed with flavor, perfect for lunch or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken (finely shredded)
  • 1 celery stalk (finely minced)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare your chicken. If using uncooked chicken, boil or bake until fully cooked, then shred finely.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and minced celery into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika in another bowl. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken and celery. Stir until everything is thoroughly combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Cover and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve on lettuce, in a sandwich, or with crackers. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
